If you are a die hard Fitbit Fan like me you know that Fitbit is making a big push to get you active throughout the day rather than just 1 scheduled chunk of exercise. Why is this? Having long periods of little to no activity is insanely bad for your back, posture, metabolism, cardiac and overall health.
